BFEG Afrobeats Body Movement  Dance is a diverse and fascinating style free style dance chorograph  by Flavrcise . It is an evolution from traditional African dance styles following the creation of Afrobeats music. our dance was developed as a response to the  incredibly demand of a family friendly dance group with cultural heritage that create platformfor  music energetic and upbeat rhythm that will promote execises routine and wellbeing .

This session are free and they will run for 5week with the aim to have an ongoing free session for our growing demand for free Afrobeat dance session for family. You do not need any dance experience to join this session, just come along with you friends & family and let shake to happiness, peace and Love.
